Confirmation Class
Our Confirmation Class offers an important time of faith development for younger teenagers and is led by the Confirmation Team. In addition to weekly meetings, these future church leaders also spend time in various service projects, such as ringing the Salvation Army bell, serving a meal at the Church Under the Bridge, and ministering to the elderly. The confirmands also meet with their mentors for fellowship and are covered by prayer by their Prayer partners. May our future church members grow and develop firm roots in the Scriptures with a renewed love for Jesus and a solid understanding of our Methodist heritage.
On May 1, 2011, our church celebrated Confirmation Sunday with 17 professions of faith and 5 baptisms! We also welcomed 15 of these young ladies and gentlemen as new members to our church.
