Children’s Music

Throughout the school year, our children’s ministries thrive in worshiping God through the gift of music. Children of all ages are invited to participate in singing and our older elementary kids have the opportunity to begin developing their skills in bell ringing. Children’s choirs are invited to lead in the Sunday morning worship service 1-2 times per semester, with a special musical program performed each Christmas season. We also celebrate the gifts of song and praise each summer at our week-long Music Camp!

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

(Please Note: Choirs rehearse during school year only.)

Cherub Choir (Pre K ages 2 – 5) – 9:15 am on Sunday mornings during Sunday School
Wacky Wednesday Singers (K-6th) – - Rehearses for special programs only as part of the Wacky Wednesday Ministry (4:00 – 5:00 pm)
Lifting Praises (K – 6th grade) – Advanced Choir – Wednesdays 5:00 – 5:30 pm
Children’s Chime Choir – (4th – 6th grade) – Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:00 pm

WHEN WE WILL BE SINGING NEXT?

Our Children’s Chime Choir did an AMAZING JOB of ringing “He Is Exalted” during worship in February. We look forward to hearing the “Lifting Praises” choir touch our hearts on Sunday, March 6, 2012.
